Before the Day was born from a simple but powerful realisation: the lead-up to any celebration should feel just as good as the day itself.

We are a Brisbane-based event support team specialising in the details that matter most: the run sheets, the vendor calls, the morning chaos and the setup that brings your vision to life. We work across weddings, birthdays, baby showers and everything in between, servicing South East Queensland from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.

We know first hand how overwhelming the final weeks before a big event can feel. That is exactly why we do what we do, so you can put down the to-do list, pick up a glass of something delicious and actually enjoy the moment you have been working so hard towards.

The lead-up, sorted. This package includes Full-Service Coordination & Event Execution. The final weeks before your event should feel exciting, not exhausting. We take care of vendor confirmations, run sheets and all the logistics so you can enjoy the countdown without the overwhelm.

Do I need a coordinator if I’ve planned everything myself?

Many of our clients have planned their own event but want someone to bring everything together on the day. Having a coordinator ensures your timeline runs smoothly, vendors are managed, and you can fully enjoy the moment without worrying about logistics.

Yes, we do.

Before the Day services events across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. We are also happy to travel further for the right event.

Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and this will always be discussed with you upfront.

Absolutely.

Many of our clients have thoughtfully planned and styled their own events and simply need support in the final stages or on the day itself.

We work alongside your vision, ensuring everything is set up as intended, vendors are coordinated, and the event runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy the experience.

Day-of coordination is designed to ensure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

In the lead-up, we work with you to create a detailed run sheet, confirm vendors, and finalise all logistics. On the day, we manage vendor arrivals, oversee the timeline, coordinate key moments, and handle any unexpected issues that may arise.

Our role is to bring everything together behind the scenes so you can be present and enjoy your event without worrying about the details.

Yes, we can.

We understand that for many events, especially weddings and DIY celebrations, the logistics of setting up and packing down can feel overwhelming.

As part of our Before the Aisle package, we can assist with coordinating deliveries, overseeing setup, placing décor and personal items, and ensuring everything is arranged according to your plans. Where required, we can also assist with pack down at the end of the event so you and your guests can simply enjoy the day without worrying about what comes next.

For larger events or more complex setups, additional support staff may be recommended to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This service can be included as part of your package or tailored to suit your event requirements.

Yes, we can.

For weddings, rehearsal coordination can be included or added to your package depending on your needs. This ensures everyone understands their role and the flow of the ceremony, so the day itself feels relaxed and seamless.

This depends on the service you choose.

For day-of coordination and full-service packages, we are there to manage the key moments of your event and ensure everything runs smoothly. Additional hours can be arranged if you would like extended support, including pack down.
